With over 45 years experience hand fabricating our complete range of materials we are able to offer solutions to even the most diverse problems.
We regularly supply bonded or dovetailed segmented gaskets cut on our CAD/CAM tables. We manufacture this way when we are limited by the size of materials, or when the customer is looking at making cost savings as there is no wasted “centre”.
The photograph shows our head fabricator Gaynor fabricating together 3mm acrylonitrile gaskets that measure nearly 4000mm square. As rolls of Nitrile are only available at 1400mm wide this necessitated us making it in segments.
