Sponge Products

Munsch &Co have the ability to convert almost any engineering sponge or foam product. With our in-house log slitter we can provide a wide variety of Strip Sponges generally presented on a 10 metre roll.

Sponge and foam can be supplied both plain or Self Adhesive backed for ease of fitting.

If you require cord, W.C. Munsch stock a variety of different cords from 3mm to 25mm.

Recently introduced is our Sponge Case Infill Product to protect expensive products such as tools and gauges, no matter what size W.C. Munsch can provide the case in fill’s to your requirements.

We supply a variety of different densities of open cell (Sorbo equivalent) sponge from 3mm to 25mm thick. This can be supplied in either roll, sheet or strip form. We also offer a skin/cell grade which is commonly used within the potato washing industry.

Because air can pass freely between its cells, open cell sponge offers a high degree of compressibility and displays fast recovery upon release from compression. An open cell structure, therefore, has greater resistance to compression set, consequently making the material ideal for applications requiring repetitive loading or distortion.
