Inflatable seals

APPLICATIONS

Inflator Seals are commonly applied to an application that has a variable sealing gap that can be spanned by the seal following the contours of the face.

OPERATIONS

Our Inflatable Rubber Seals are manufactured via a Silicone Extrusion in a relaxed/deflated attitude (joined at the required length). When air pressure is applied, the seal either expands or rises up to meet the sealing face.

THE RANGE

We currently have many existing sections in our range which can all be joined at the required sizes. If any size is not in the range, we can manufacture new tooling very quickly and competitively. All seals are supplied generally with a 3/16 Barbed Stainless Steel connector as standard. We can however mould your required pneumatic fittings into the seals (dependant on type and material).
